Terms of Service

Service. Testkept provides AI-assisted test case scoring, generation, and synchronization for Azure DevOps, delivered as a free extension plus a subscription API service.
Subscriptions are per Azure DevOps organization, billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and cancellable anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Quotas. Each plan includes a monthly generation quota. Unused quota does not roll over.
AI output. Generated test cases are suggestions; you review and accept them. We do not warrant that generated tests are complete or correct for your requirements.
Acceptable use. No reselling of the service, no attempts to extract the underlying prompts or models, no use that violates Microsoft's or Anthropic's terms.
License keys are bound to one Azure DevOps organization and may not be shared across organizations.
Availability. The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees during beta; an SLA may be introduced for paid plans at general availability.
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
